How are you? I have talking to our CEO, they told me that is very well located and the breakfast is pretty good for being a 2 stars hotel.

Well it seems the hotel is arranged by an old lady very friendly and She did not find the reservations at the begging but finally she found them.

Concerning the payment the guest did not pay anything at the check-out.

The Exhibition was very good. Thanks for asking!

Regarding the booking of the hotel all the informations and all the changes were correctly passed from Trade Fair Trips to Ibis hotel and for that reason we had zero problems during check-in and check-out moments.

Very nice and helpful service. The contact person was efficient and kind. 

It was a really lovely hotel!

Clean and in good condition (well it is new! Taxi driver didn’t believe there was anything there other than a building site!) Rooms are not very big but that didn’t bother us. Beds comfy, good shower, breakfast good value. What more do we need?

Would stay again except that we either had to walk from Koln Messe (bit far when you’re tired) or take a taxi (which means queuing for ages).

Hi Brian,

Flandrischer Hof is a good hotel, but Wifi is weak. Location was excellent, clean, and good staff.  WIfi and breakfast restaurant were their only main challenge.
