This partnership has bolstered the capabilities and service offerings of both companies, particularly in the maritime sector across the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) region. Established in 2007 in Vlissingen, ZMC has built a solid reputation in maritime cleaning. The company specializes in cleaning seagoing and inland tanker vessels using advanced vacuum trucks and high-pressure cleaners. Their expertise ensures that vessels are maintained to the highest standards, both inside and out. On the other hand, VHC, founded in 1932 and based in Spijkenisse, brings extensive experience in industrial cleaning, services, and waste processing. VHC offers a comprehensive range of services to various sectors, including the petrochemical and vegetable oil industries, tank storage facilities, and semi-government sectors. The partnership with ZMC has significantly expanded VHC’s maritime services, making these services more widely available throughout the ARA region. The synergy between ZMC and VHC has enabled them to provide a broad spectrum of services. Both companies offer solutions for the storage and transshipment of hazardous waste. They operate special washing areas for cleaning activities and have certified liquid-tight paved outdoor areas for safe storage. Their facilities also include covered storage areas that comply with PSG-15 guidelines for hazardous waste packaging. VHC provides staff for regular maintenance and cleaning activities at client sites, ensuring that facilities remain operational and safe. Utilizing advanced vacuum trucks, both companies can efficiently suction and transport waste materials. This service is applicable for both wet and dry substances, such as emptying and cleaning storage tanks, installations, waste pits, septic tanks, and sewers.
