Изложения в Verona, Italy за Каменна индустрия

Verona is one of Italy’s traditional economic centers for the natural stone industry (the city is often referred to as the global capital of natural stone) to the point of being the historic host of one of the most celebrated and influential events in the world, Marmomac. More than 50,000 people attend every year. It’s easy to see why. Italy continues to hold a dominant position in the sector, ranking among the top three countries across all segments of the supply chain and retaining its number one spot in stone processing machinery and technology. Marmomac is not only the best showcase for Italian products, but also does a bang-up job at brining the right buyers. Marmomac 2025 will unfold across 12 indoor halls and eight outdoor exhibition spaces with the addition of the new Pavilion Antolini. This expansion reflects the event’s ambition to offer a comprehensive view of natural stone from geological origin to cutting-edge application in art, architecture and technology. The exhibition remains rooted in the raw material itself; stone in all its forms from uncut blocks to semi-finished slabs and intricate design works. By highlighting regional stone identities and craftsmanship, Marmomac offers a compelling narrative of transformation and drums up excitement for players in Verona’s stone industry. A unique cultural highlight of this year’s fair will be the daily screening of Il Capo, Yuri Ancarani’s acclaimed documentary capturing the surreal choreography of marble quarrying. Coinciding with the 15th anniversary of its debut at the Venice Film Festival, the film serves as homage and meditation on the stone’s raw power and beauty. In another first, visitors will experience the “soundtrack of stone,” a curated audio installation that brings to life the acoustic world of marble—from the thunder of extraction to the precise rhythm of polishing.
