Изложения в Bremen, Germany за Строителство и конструкция

Bremen, despite facing economic challenges over the past few years, has enjoyed consistent high-level activities across its building and construction landscape. The city has seen several ambitious construction projects kick off during 2022, which further signals that even during tough times the town’s ecosystem is resilient. Perhaps the biggest project is the NEOS office, located in Bremen Technology Park. You can say the building opens the next chapter of future innovations ‘made in Bremen.’ Housing private, scientific and public organizations, it fosters collaboration in the Digital Hub Industry. Designed to promote cooperation, it's a joint project by Bremen’s Ministry of Economics, Labour and Ports, the University of Bremen, and industrial company encoway. Next on the list is Casino Futur, which takes construction practices and capabilities to their limits thanks to its futuristic design that resembles a sleek black wedge. It disrupts the Art Nouveau surroundings in Bremen’s Ostertor district. Hosting a co-working space and expansive event area, it's a hub for discussions on sustainability, New Work and organizational development. Nominated for the prestigious Dezeen Award, Casino Futur is a testament to architectural innovation, designed by Gruppe GME. Another major project that’s keeping construction professionals busy is the CUBE Überseestadt situated in Bremen's New Harbour District. CUBE Überseestadt impresses with six floors of office spaces that span 2200 square meters. The project is financed by local investor Justus Grosse and the architectural vision comes to life through Hilmes Lamprecht Architekten BDA. The final project we’re going to reference are the Weserhöfe Apartments that neighbor Old Town and enjoy a superior location on the riverbank, ensuring residents get to enjoy a fantastic view. The Weserhöfe building comprises 266 one-to-four room apartments that include 80 subsidized by the local authority, which encircle an inviting interior courtyard. Executed by the construction company Justus Grosse, the design is courtesy of Berlin-based léonwohlhage architecture firm.
