Saudi Arabia’s real estate industry is perhaps one of the fastest growing in the world thanks to both increasing commercial activities and rising investor interest. As one of the most dynamic markets in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia is attracting both local and international developers, which has only fueled the already intense competition and setted the stage for a transformative decade. As a result, companies such as Al Saedan Real Estate, Kingdom Holding Company, Ewaan, SEDCO Development, Jabal Omar Development Company, and Emaar are being forced to adopt global best practices to remain competitive. The Saudi real estate industry is set for aggressive expansion. With an estimated market size of USD 74.99 billion in 2025, it is projected to reach USD 109.63 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 7.89%. This rapid expansion has prompted international real estate firms to enter the Saudi market, aiming to establish a foothold before it reaches full maturity. The push for modern office buildings, in particular, will reshape the market, ensuring that Riyadh and other key cities continue to attract global businesses and investors.
